Windows 10 Upgrade 3035583 Issue

Ok, so I already tried all the normal stuff. Windows updates shows no updates available, only hidden updates are language packs, reset windows update components, installed 3035583 manually and successfully.

Here comes the fun, the Get Windows 10 App shows that KB3035583 hasn't run, while Add/Remove shows it as installed. So, what needs to happen to satisfy the Get Windows 10 App?

I also forgot to mention that I ran C:\Windows\System32\GWX\GWX.exe manually but nothing appears to happen nor does it show up in running processes.

My case: I'm trying to install windows 10 too and it's failing, I saw that there is an update [KB2952664] that is not installed and i am trying to install to for couple days now without any luck, it is always failing. So I guess this update [KB2952664] is necessary to be able to install windows 10?

I'm waiting for Noel's help xD!

So my "get windows 10" icon popped up moments ago. So obviously something I did today worked..
