Windows 7 0x0000009f Stop on Sleep

Every time my computer goes to sleep, (by timers, closing laptop, or by user direction), screen blacks out but does nothing else. Upon hard restart, notification is given of a BSOD with the following information:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa8007a14060, 0xfffff80004697518, 0xfffffa80099aeb10). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 062111-21434-01.

I've searched looking for the culprit, but have not succeeded. Can someone please assist? Attached is the dmp file - just added ".txt" as file extension.

Hello,

It seems your Realtek wireless drivers are the cause. Install these updated ones: Realtek
