I recently bought 7 32-Bit using the ultimate deal. I burned the ISO to a DVD and installed it.

I have 4GB on my notebook but it says 2.75gb usable.

I had Vista 64-bit on there previously.

I tried msconfig > boot > advanced options and checking max memory but to no avail

ulandy09, welcome to the forums
probably your graphics card is using part of that memory. And 32 bits cannot address it all.
Take a look at this article
