Windows 7 32 bit not recognizing ram upgrade...

Okay, this is not necessary.

The plain and simple explanation as to why it is "stupid" to hack a 32 bit Windows OS to recognize more RAM is because you are only doing a cosmetic change, no real life benefit can come from that.

Don't be disappointed with an answer when you didn't ask the question properly. The question really looked like wanted to directly hack your way into a 32 bit OS recognizing all you RAM.
oh lord ..

first i'm not fighting i'm clarifying my point of view and awaiting diversified opinions before i make my mind .

second you missed the part where i said i tried it and it worked but i wasnt pleased because it doesn't suite me well because i have to down grade to xp drivers for my graphics card because it uses shared memory and that's not an option for me , now for others with hardware with separate graphics memory this could have worked as a charm

third , who said i'm braging ? i got an answer that contradicts my knowledge so i had to point where i'm coming from and how i know what i'm talking about so please read carefully before judging people because i'm already pissed at my hardware and you could have spared me your input

If anything I've said has offended you in any way, I apologize for it. Just wanted to keep things cool that's all.

This thread is starting to get ridiculous. Here we have a couple of guys who are trying hard to help the OP and the OP refuses all suggestions that are technically sound.

The solution is so simple:

1. Save all user data (do not forget the browser favorites)
2. Install Windows 7 64bit
3. Reinstall all programs (yes that is a pain with all the settings)
4. Recover the saved user data

There is absolutely no way you can save the 32bit program installations becauase all the registry entries, .dlls, Program data files in C and in Appdata > Roaming are different in x64.

nIGHTmAYOR I have a simple idea. What you are wanting to do has been explained over and over why one shouldn't do this. You do not have to believe the people trying to help you. You also don't have to argue with them. If you have your mind made up that is also okay. Just do it. Change, move, rearrange or what ever and see if it works.
It's your computer.
Like what has been mentioned before by Kari, their is a good chance people all over the world will read this thread. Just look at the countries the poster on this thread come from. It is my duty to point out to all those people who read this thread that your idea or methods for doing such a thing is not recommended by me or anybody I know.

I trust the OP will find out himself how impossible the idea is, when he makes the test I suggested using a virtual machine.

Somehow I can understand that OP is frustrated. He expects not an answer but the answer, the one and only he wants to hear. When everyone keeps telling it will not work and the expected answer will not come, it is of course not nice.

Most of us have had similar situations. There's this one issue, we ask friends and forums around, everyone tells there is no solution other than method B, the one we did not want to hear about. We try again, telling no I'd like to do it like this, method A. But still no "correct" answer. From my own experience I know it is frustrating; it takes a while before you can accept it.

From my part I am satisfied knowing that I have done what I can to explain the impossibility of the OP's idea, and offering him a valid method to test it and find out himself.
