windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit

sup guys im trying to change from 32 bit to 64 bit .. windows 7 ultimate
i had the error
"Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070570."
i check my ram with memetest86 none of them is wrong or none of my hardware and tried with one stick of ram but just tried one time (wich means i tried one stick at one slot still got to try it at the other slot and try the other stick at both the slots ) i dont know if there is a use of that since my both sticks are good ..
i installed win 7 32 bit without a problem and now i cant install the 7 64 bit (ultimate) wich stops at 91% expanding windows file any help would be really appreciated , ill try to get diffrent disc though i dont think it's a disc problem and i heard that i may shall change the ram speed or smth like that if its true please tell me how
(im new to the website i wrote my pc specs at registartion i guess you can find them somewhere and motherboard is gigabye technology co., model m61pme-s2)

Hi Patrs63, welcome to the Seven Forums.

As you can not upgrade a 32 bit Windows to 64 bit, you of course need to do a fresh, clean install by booting the PC from the Windows Ultimate x64 DVD and later re-install all your software.

If you are using a valid install DVD there should be no such errors, Windows install media contains all files needed. If your install DVD is defect you should return it to the place where you bought it and request a replacement. If you have downloaded an ISO file from Microsoft or other official retaler, re-download it and burn to DVD using slowest possible speed and verification.

Where did you get Win7 Ultimate DVD and how is it being activated?

The error is almost always a bad installer.
