I am trying to upgrade Windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit.
I've created both an bootable DVD and a USB. When I restart the system simply loads 32 bit. It doesn't start the setup/install process.
I assume that means I need to go into the BIOS and have the boot look at the DVD or USB.
However, I have an ASUS M4A78-E motherboard and when it starts it says press DEL to go into BIOS setup. I do so and nothing happens.
Could this be because I am using an RF keyboard connected via USB. And perhaps this device isn't available until later in the startup process?
Or do I have another problem?
