Windows 7 64-bit java error, or windows Error?

There is an error that im getting when i launch tekkit Java(TM) SE Binary has stopped working. I reinstalled java about like 5 times and tekkit 10 times and it didnt go away. Until it soon troubleshooted the problem. Im thinking it is a windows error affecting java not to run. There will be a picture. Hope you can help. Ive tried so many forums and no answers.

I don't know if this can help, but in general you need both versions
of Java on your computer, e.g. for the latest update 45:
"jre-7u45-windows-i586" for 32-bit and "jre-7u45-windows-x64" for 64-bit.

Second, looking at your System Specs, I see that you use Norton Internet Security.
I would try to deactivate it, just to make sure that it is NOT causing that problem.
Sad to say, but today Norton can be a real troublemaker, as you can read in
several posts in this Forum.

Warning (just to be on the safe side) :
Don't use the Internet while your Security program is deactivated !

I would download both installers (x86 and x64) to your desktop.

Download JavaRa and use it to uninstall Java completely.

JavaRa - SingularLabs

Now run both installers. Try tekkit again and see if the problem is gone.

That didnt help i still have the error
