i would get this bsod when i have 2 512mb ram paired..same speed, manufacturer, channel..i do not know what is the problem..i wont get the bsod if i only have 1 of the chips installed.

Just because they are the same speed, mfr, channel, and even latency, they can be different. If you bought them at different times I suspect they are.

they came with the computer..and yes..my computer can support up to 8gb of ram..

i tried running each of the ram on the slots by itself and it ran fine..i had 2 1gb ram too so i switched slots and i still get bsod with both 512mb rams paired..

Your video driver
When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

You storage driver

Your USB driver.

I believe also your Nvidia CPU/BIOS driver
