Today i got 2 blue screens in a row. So i took the battery out and held the power button down for 15 sec and left the battery out for 30 min or so.(Also my battery is bad, ive already ordered another). Plugged the computer back in without the battery and i am testing it now to see if it does it again.

I have the dump files attached. If anyone could help me, it would be appreciated.

I have a:
HP dv6 2088dx laptop about 2 years old
Windows 7 64 bit
8gig RAM
full retail

i did a fresh install about 2 weeks ago, due to blue screens, and have had no problems since, till today. Thanks again.

Its been about 4 hours and have not had a crash. So maybe it is the battery, i was hoping someone could look at the dump files and tell me if there is anything i can do. thanks again

Two things stand out.

Avast can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S . Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear5.exe

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

And AODDriver2.sys AMD OverDrive Service Driver from Advanced Micro Devices. Which should be removed

Thanks again.
