Windows 7 64bit 0x0000007E Crash

i've gotten this error lately , i cant boot up , i cant go into safe mode , start up repair doesnt start . I try to check on the Daignosis and it finds nothing .
My Computer is 3ghz quad extreme q6850
-8gb ram
640gb black caviar WD 32mb cache
320gb seagate
- 8800 Ultra Geforce
X-Fi Xtreme gamer audio
Asus P5E Mobo
1000w cooler master
