I havent seen one of those. Mine came with one cd for 32 and one cd for 64. Separate key codes for each one.

How do you know the DVD has both 32/64? Is this an Upgrade Kit from manufacturer?

There should only be one key for both versions, but check to be sure.

You need to boot from Win7 DVD to install as 64 bit cannot be installed from a 32 bit OS.

Check all of the menus after bootup to see if there is a place to choose 64 bit.

If not, call tech support for whoever supplied the Win7 and ask.

Make sure you're choosing Custom Install to do this as a clean install, you will not be able to upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit.
