i had 7000 for a while and the net worked fine
but today i installed 7100 RC and for some reason i can only get online for about 10-15 mins at most then it stops working
yet it is still connected and the net is turned on
just so you all know i am useing wireless
but anyway after it stops the only way i can get it working again is to restart my laptop and i only get another 10-15 mins

Goto device manager and find your network card and click properties and under management make sure that "allow the computer to turn off this device" is unticked.

I have a notebook DV4 1199-es with Windows 7 installed.
I installed the driver for the Ethernet (mode compatibility windows Vista, system manager) but when I connect the cable modem to the notebook, I continue without internet ( I reset the modem).

Same problem here. I have a Dell Wireless 1500 Draft-N network adapter. Same driver as I was using with the beta, but it just stops working after a while and I have to restart. Turning the adapter off and back on doesn't fix the problem, so it's probably to do with the network stack.

I hope Microsoft fixes it soon, or we find a fix for it! I'm stumped...
