The initial grace period is for 30 days. You can extend this upto a total of 120 days.

If you have left the option to automatically activate when online checked when installing, the system will attempt to activate 3 days after installation. However, if you unchecked this option, you have upto 30 days. Note that in both cases you can activate earlier if you wish.
