windows 7 activesync doesnt works

I have windows 7 but activesync won't work with my computer.
Can anybody please help me?

Hi. You need Windows Mobile Device Centre (WMDC) downloadable from Microsoft - here:

Activesync is no longer provided by Windows. When you connect your device the Windows Mobile Device Center should automatically pop up: What happened to ActiveSync?.
