Windows 7 Aero Blur Tweaker Error

Hello. I've been having a problem in the past few months of Aero not working on my Laptop. I thought it was a theme I had deleted, but I remembered a program that gave me a error and it may have changed my theme back to Basic.

Welcome to Seven Forums LeapingLemur. Your best bet may be to run the System File Checker, return your system to default windows files, then repatch and apply your custom themes.

P.S. The Aero Blur error usually is caused by not running the program as administrator. Right click the exe and choose Run as administrator.
