Windows 7 Aero is gone!!

My aero graphics is automatically disabled and the system rating is labled as not available. when i try to run the rating test, at the end of the test, i get something like "the disk write cache is disabled" and saying that the test is unable to perform.

In device manager, one of my HDD's write cache is enabled. But in the other's properties page, there is no tab called "policies" where the write cache option suppose to be located at...

can someone please help me to get back the Aero?

I'm using Windows 7 build 7057.
