Windows 7 Alt + enter in cmd

How i can get work alt + enter in windows 7 cmd?
In xp it worked perfectly but not in windows 7.

I've done a bit of digging, but as far as I can tell, this is no longer available since XP.
Apparently there have been changes in the way Windows handles that kind of thing. (?)

Command prompt toggle to full screen mode went out with XP.
