Hello everyone,
First off I apologize for posting yet another CSS problem thread. Believe me I have read thru probably ten or so on this forum alone. This deff seems like the place to come for anything Windows 7 related. Well anyway here is my problem;
I am having the same issue as many other people are having. When I quick switch(Q) I get what seems like a "studder" or freeze in the system. Also I will get it when lots of grenades are rapidly being shot off and so forth. This only happens online. I turned off the MMCSS as well as the network throddling thing. Honestly I'm not sure if I did the network throddling thing right.
Also here is some information about my system:
I have an HP Pavilion dv6-1280us laptop
ATI Turion x2 Mobile @ 2.4ghz
Physical Memory: 6gb
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4650 1gb
When I do my video stress test I get around 170FPS as my end result. I apologize for such a sloppy post. I'm just tired and have been looking around and trying different things for hours. I just want to play some CSS haha. Its been over a year and a half since I have been able to play. Thanks a lot guys and gals
