App icon picture not showing or is currupted HELP FIX!

Hello everybody I'm having a really bad problem, some of my applications like in the picture are not showing or is corrupted and I was wondering if you guys could help me fix this problem because its really annoying.​

For now, you might see if rebuilding the icon cache may help.
