Windows 7 Basic Taskbar color

hi folks
as topic says i am looking to change the color of win 7 basic taskbar color how can i do that is there any easy way with out using 3rd part software ?

NOTE: if its asked before please then guide me for the link where it is explain

The only way to change the Basic theme taskbar color is to edit some images in the aero.msstyle(you would want to use a copy of it to edit), but then it becomes a unsigned theme and will not work unless you use 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
