windows 7 black screen sfter fresh os installed

In my laptop i put windows 7 ultimate 32bit . after completion of full installation windows restarted only black screen shows.even temporary bootable device also not detected. only black screen.

Hi ahieezer,

Welcome to Seven forums.

Please let us know if the windows was installed successfully. If not then you should perform a clean re-install on the system following the tutorial below:

If it was installed properly then check this link below for rectifying the issue:

However, before following any of the above make sure that there are no devices connected to the system and check again as sometimes devices connected to the system can also cause this conflict.

you gave 2 links to solve my issue.

according to the above link i did a new installation through usb to my laptop. Upto step no.9.after completeing installataion..

it shows setup registry.and then it goes a black screen ,more than half an hour it remains same.


after 2 hour i put usb as bootable device and started my lap ,it wont show anything even step no.2(in above link) also.simply one cursor moving left corner for 5 sec after that screen goes same black.


Please give some other solution to solve my issue.

Hi ahieezer,

Thanks for your reply. Kindly do not share your details over public forum and kindly delete the same.

This could occur due to problem with the bootable drive you made or issues with the hardware on the system.

Kindly run the diagnostics on the harddrive to ensure it is working fine. How many RAM you have installed on the system. Kindly check with one of them and installed and then try to reinstall windows again.

Kindly update your system specs here by following this.
