Windows 7 blue screen crash

Windows 7 home 64 bit.
Original.
Retail.
Few months.
Few months os came installed with the pc allready.


Without any warning blue screen for few second i saw something MEMORY_MANAGMENT on the top then the pc booted.

Hello Chocolade,

There are no minidumps in that folder. A quick look reveals there was one dump in your Minidump folder.

Did you run the program as Administrator?

No need to run the program over again. Just upload any dumps manually.

One thing to note is the message it gave you "If this is the first time you have seen this message, reboot your computer. If it is a recurring problem contact the vendor".

I have gotten a couple of BSODs just from power fluctuations from the power company. I don't worry about them because it's not a big issue.

Furthermore, often times it is necessary to actually make the problem worse in the process of fixing it. This is a lot more work and time than you want to spend perhaps.

Nevertheless, if you still want to find the cause, I'll be willing to look at the dump(s) for you.

Please if you can look over this file and tell me if i have a physical memory problem or maybe a software problem or maybe it was something temp. I must admit i ran after i had the blue screen i ran the windows 7 memory diagnostic program and it rebooted the pc and did a test and next time it rebooted my pc i got popup window say WINDOWS HAS MEMORY PROBLEM with some yellow warning triangle but it didnt say whats the problem.

I found in C:\Windows\Minidump one file only so ill upload it now with my this reply.

The dump did not point to any specific cause.

If the problem gets worse, please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

Jonathan could be newsleecher did the problem?

Cuz since the morning it happened its now almost 24 hours after the blue screen it didnt happen again wich is strange cuz if there was a pgysic problem then i was expect it to show another few times right? But since this time the pc is working without any problems.


I did run windows 7 memory diagnostic tool and after the tests in windows i got tringle yellow warning message say WINDOWS HAS MEMORY PROBLEM and it seems like physic problem. But since then there were no any more blue screens.

Could be a software wich make the problem and thats why the diagnostic memory tool didnt detect any specific problem?

I dont know what to do. Ill check now again using the windows memory diagnostic tool to see if the problem keep on cuz so far no more blue screens.

the built in w9ndows diagnostic tool isnt sufficient. we instead suggest you
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Im trying to run now again the diagnostic memory tool and i get error:

Message say: A problem is preventing windows from restarting automatically.

If it will find a problem again how can i find wich RAM is the bad one?
Opening the pc case and take out one ram in a time then check the others is a good idea? Is there any order the ram' should be inserted or something? Or i can just pull out each time one of the ram's and check the others?

It does and has to be run from cd outside windows. If you get errors the ram or mobo slot is bad. If you get errors take one stick and run it by itself. repeat for each stick, and mobo slot.

Memtest just found like 23 errors:

I dont know where to find the log file report.
But all the errors were on address starting: 000093a
Then: 000093a9390,1410,1090,1310,1410,8490,1410,1090,8490
147.6MB
All the bad Tab was: 08000000 for all 23 errors.

I guess it dosent say much. So ill start now to check each ram by ram.
