I'd suggest uploading your memory dump files so we can massage them a bit:
Upload Dump Files:
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
{Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service - then post the link to it.
Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDump
I think that the largest problem you have is with this driver: [FONT=Segoe UI, Arial]file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\b57nd60a.sys
product: [FONT=Segoe UI, Arial]Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet Driver

Please download a fresh copy from the Broadcom website,
Then uninstall the copy currently on your system
Then install the freshly downloaded copy.

I'd also worry about your

Download a fresh copy from the VIA website
Uninstall the current copy
Install the freshly downloaded copy.

I fixed some of the problem, now I just have the TCP/IP Driver and the LUA File Virtualization Filter Driver problem, so now, which drivers must I install to fix finally my problems?
I have Windows 7 x64.

PS. I can't zip my minidump files, access denied.
Thank you very much for your time.

Have you tried copying the minidump files to your desktop?

Please install the drivers that I mentioned in my previous post - that will usually fix the other errors (the tcpip.sys and the luafv.sys) They are components of the Windows Operating system and are (most likely) referred to because the 3rd party drivers (that I mentioned in my previous post) are corrupting them. Windows File Protection usually takes care of the Windows OS files.
