Windows 7 boots slowly

Hi! My windows 7 installation takes about 4 minutes to boot, I had it for one year. In the beginning it a little less than 2 minutes.

I have eliminated unnecessary startup processes using msconfig but it did not help a lot. Is it normal that boot time slows down with time?
