Windows 7 Browser Fails?

I have windows 7 professional rtm. I can't save files anywhere, and the open option doens't work either? Both Internet explorer and Firefox don't work. This occured after i installed a legal rtm that i bought.

Does anybody have a fix for this? :cry:
