OK gentlemen

since last month i've been having this anoying problem.

When i start up my pc everything works as expected up untill the windows logo loading screen, the loading works fine, BUT after the loading ends instead of the mouse pointer appearing as it should, i have instead just a black screen and then after a while i get a BLUE SCREEN!!

And then the computer restarts and then everything works, BUT my computer is slower than usual after it restarts!
for example if i play music it will look like its playing in slow motion (the sound will sound slower)
and my games will slower than usual as well.

the type of error i read on the blue screen was the 0x0000116.

i've tried everytning!
-ive deteled and reinstalled my drivers (using driver sweeper)
-startup repair didnt work
-No, my graphics card isnt over-heating ( Nvidia Geforce 8800 GS)
-i still haven checked for dust acumulating (will do on this weekend)

here is the minidump file if it does any help
and thank you in advance!

Bugcheck 0x116 is usually a graphics issue. Read about it here: http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...op-0x116-video_tdr_error-troubleshooting.html

Do you have another graphics card that you can borrow? If not, try purchasing one from a store that will allow you to return it, if it turns out not to be the problem.

If the BSODs persist, please use our BSOD sticky: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

This one looks like a bad video driver ... completely remove your current drivers with DriverSweeper and reinstall the latest version from Nvidias' support page...

Try removing any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
