I'm using Windows 7 and this morning around noon my computer crashed and I don't know why and want to find out if it will happen again. I have the .dmp file in a zip file attached if you need it. Also here is what is written in event viewer:

We usually prefer more than one DMP so we can spot trends, etc. In your case the crash was related to NETIO.SYS and often when that happens it is related to the malware application that is installed. In your case obviously AVG.

AVG can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .
Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials
AT LEAST TO TEST

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Well this is the first BSOD that I have gotten on this machine since I got it and I was just worried that it might happen again.

It might. If you dont have them more frequently it is probably only some odd combination.
