factory setting

i have lenovo z460 laptop with OS w7 home premium 64 bit licernced. i hav reformat it to w7 professional 32 bit, activated. as i boot the recovery cd, it wouldnt work, is it possible to install again the home premium OS and be able to use my cd so it can go back to its factory setting?
