Windows 7 BSOD memory dump -help-

Well I have been having issue with my compter for a awhile and it seems to be getting worse. It is usually random systme crashes. At first it was random crashes maybe once or twice a day, but recently it happens after 1-3 minutes of log in. Thus I ran it in safe mode and it works fine (as it seems) so i used clean boot and started up the computer normally. It was working fine for 5 or so hours but then it error happened again. And this error also happened with the dump"
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff96000215d7c, 0xfffff8800940d8b0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 032810-20841-01."

these crashes were caused by memory

I would download memtestx86 and run it for at least 5 passes. If the memory passes you should run a system file check
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow (note the space between sfc and "/")

the error opened up with memtestx86 and now I'm not sure what to do. What would diagnosing the issue help me with?
