Windows 7 - BSOD - Minidumps

Ever since I went from XP64 to Windows 7 x64 I have been battling with random BSOD's. I have run all the tests suggested, even memtest for 3 days. Nothing seems to be pointing me to the right issue.

I have updated all the drivers, even started from scratch a number of times. No luck.

Could use some help before I . . . .
- Gigabyte MB - GA-EP45-UD3P (New-updated Bios)
- CPU Dual Core 3.0
- 8 gb Corsair Dominator CM2X2048-8500C5D (2 mnths old)
- Corsair 750 Watt Power Supply (6 months old)
- GTX 275 Videocard (Galaxy) (3 months old - using Guru3D driver)
- 2 Black C WD 640 HD in Raid setup (6 months old)

- Aero Touch 1000 Temp Monitor
- Plexor DVDRW (4 months old)
- HT Claro 7.1 Sound Card (1 year old)

Have you always had VMWare installed? I've seen it cause many problems in Windows. Uninstall it and let us know if you continue to have problems.
