Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

This is a hardware error caused by defective components such as CPU, RAM, GPU etc
Are you overclocking?
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Dumps blame your CPU cache, please test it

   Information
Go to your motherboard's website and check your version of your BIOS. See if there are any problems you are having that are solved by a a later version. I do not often recommend flashing the BIOS because there is a risk involved. If there is problem addressed by a BIOS that applies to your computer, consider flashing your BIOS to the latest version. If you choose to do this, flash you BIOS outside of Windows.

Run Prime 95 again to test your CPU and your ram. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial:
CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results.

Thanks for the reply, I have already ran prime 95 (even longer than you recommended) on all tests as my CPU has been overclocked Also have ran memtest.

However I have my Video Card bios changed from a 6950 to a 6970. I went ahead and changed it back to the 6950 specs with just the shaders unlocked. So far it has ran about all day without a hitch. I will keep you posted.

Funny it says CPU cache on the error.
