Windows 7 BSOD really Annoying

i have been useing ur guys site for all my windows 7 needs awsome site guys thanks!!!
But i have been working with these new computers we got in at our cyber cafe and they have been nothing but problems since day 1.

took a look at what you posted i have ran several Mem tests on the machine plus chkdsk /r nothing has been found. the only thing i can think of is that my boss ordered these boards with ram that have a higher volt rate then what the mother boards accept.
this is our intel build
Motherboard: Asus Intel P7P55D
Processor: Intel i7
Ram: Corsair XMS3 4GB
Graphics card: Geforce GTX260
Hard Drives: Samsung Sata 250gb
Monitor: Acer P224W LCD widescreen

both motherboards suggest that we do not put any ram higher then 1.5V in the slots now i have 1.65v ram in both machines and there both haveing troubles with the BSOD. Now if i would have built these i would have made sure the ram was the correct volts could that be throwing it off? ive even tried to adjust the ram voltage of both computers so that there sitting at 1.65v but i still get the errors. Now im no stranger to computers but when i come along problems like this ist just annoys me becuase i cant come up with an answer i really leaning towards it being the ram in both these machines...
