Just found this site when googling about win7 bsod solutions.. Have been having bsod for quite a while now.. Happens really random and even when not doing anything special..

Gonna add minidump and see if any of you can find out what the problem is

EDIT : Comp doesnt shuts down, just freezes and I have to shut it down using power button.. When I then boot up, 9/10 times the comp is really slow... Takes anywhere between 2-5 mins to log on

Sounds like disk controller drivers are incorrect. Get the most recent drivers for your particular motherboard and install them in safe mode.
Also, please make sure that every hardware are fully seated on motherboard
It can be malware issue too, Some types of malware camouflage themselves as atapi.sys, particularly if
they are located in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder
Malwarebytes

Then, run sfc command

Code:
BugCheck 9F, {3, fffffa8005ff1060, fffff80000b9c4d8, fffffa8007ad78f0}

Probably caused by : atapi.sys

Followup: MachineOwner

Update these drivers:
Code:
lmimirr lmimirr.sys Wed Apr 11 05:32:45 2007 (461C108D)

And also, this:
Code:
ASACPI ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 09:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)

Ty for the reply.. Will update that ASACPI.sys driver and see if it helps.. That other one, lmimirr.sys is connected to logmein that I use to remotely connect to the comp from work. Gonna do a check with Malwarebytes as well..

Gonna come back and post the results
