I am having trouble pinpointing a cause for frequent crashes. THe computer seems to crash more frequently when the PSU is unplugged and Iexplorer.exe is running. -
The system is a x86 32bit system. The OS is factory installed. All of the minidump files were identical with the exception of one which had an overlap of Wudfrd and spsys.sys. Any help would be much appreciated.

I went through the process of uploading the DMP files again. All of the DMP files are now in the zipped folder. If there is something I am missing or doing wrong please let me know.

Thanks

updating the drivers for the hardwware

I have checked for updates using the device manager. Should I check the hardware's manufacturer for driver updates instead?

Check the manufacturer's website for device drivers
