I've been having issues the past week with constant restarts. Some have a BSOD and some just reset. I can't figure out what it is, and I'm not really good with this kind of stuff. I have attached my logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome aboard, hectomaner.

► First, let us know, which display driver you actually use? Intel HD Graphics, or nVidia?

It is important to know it, coz there is the evidence that the both are failing.

Uninstall the both using Driver Fusion, and then reinstall the only thing that you use actually.
Download locations are Intel and nVidia.
