both crashes are shown as Bug Check 0x7F: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

TCPIP.sys is a Windows driver and is used to access the whole IP protocol.

Are you using bittorrent , Utorrent or emule which could be in conflict with the Windows 7 driver and vice-versa or have you changed it to increase your allowable connections ?

The second mindump shows SYMNDISV.SYS as being the driver that caused the crash which is something to do with symantec antivirus , do you have this installed ?

tcpip.sys tcpip.sys+604d5 fffff880`01800000 fffff880`019fd000 0x001fd000 0x4a5bc26e 13/07/2009 23:25:34
again so at least it's consistent and is going to be a driver in your networking subsystem

hamachi.sys is for vpn presumably you use logmein but i don't suspect this is causing any problems at the moment but remove it if you never use it ?

there is a whole list of symantec drivers still present on your machine and for the purposes of debugging we aught to remove them, norton firewall etc, the norton removal tool can be found here ?

anything to do with networking is suspect here, can you tell me what your network card is and have you checked for the latest drivers recently ?
