Windows 7 cannot repair this computer automatically

I am here in the desert. really ... IRAQ, Need help tried to install and HP printer all at sudeen Windows will not start . tired safe mode tried everything i can possible know , including reobting from the CD. nothing works the only things it works is trying to reobbt frm DOS.
PLEASE< PLKEASE any one vcan help me

Hi there, run a Startup Repair to see if it fixes the issue.

windows cannot start automatically

The only ting that works is Command prompt from DOS. Not being able to start from Start up or even comand prompt via Safe Mode.
How can i re start teh Notebook via command prompt
or remove the printer

Nothing works in DOS or other Start up kit the wheel keeps on spinning i ugess i am one of those unlucky people in this matter.
So i ask how can i get my Windows 7 to work?
Any ideas, I have tried it all, I am button pusher.

Nothing seems to bring Windows to life, last choce a fresh isntall corect? and llose all my files

Did you put the dvd in and hit a key to boot from the dvd when it asked you to and this did not start an install ??

IS there any software taht can fix my registry so my windows 7 can re start without formating my PC

Fresh install

Spoke to microsoft the only thigns that i can do is to re-install windows.

I am not trying to be mean but you didn’t seem to follow anyone’s advice?? Did you try the start up repair? Have you tried a Recovery? There are a lot of things you can try before you do a clean install. I would give them a try before reinstalling.
