Windows 7 computer can see other computers on domain, others can't

I'm having a really weird issue with a Windows 7 computer at my workplace. The computer can see and access the other computers on the domain, but other computers can't access it. (They can, however, see it on the domain.)

I've checked everything from the firewall to various domain login scripts to whether sharing was just plain turned off--nothing.

Has anyone had a problem like this, and if so any insight would be appreciated :)

Okay

Can you check some basics for me, within Network and Sharing Center>Advanced sharing settings?

1/ Network Discovery set to 'On'
2/ File and printer sharing is 'On'
3/ Turn on sharing so anyone with network access can read and write....
4/ Use 128-bit encryption to help protect file sharing connections...
5/ Turn on password protected sharing
6/ Use user accounts and passwords to connect to other computers
7/ Is the same user name and password created on each PC?

Also within Computer>C Drive> Properties>Advanced Sharing, the folder on the affected PC's is set to 'Share this folder'?

Also, have you tried to access with the firewalls turned off on the affected PC's?

[Sorry, if this is too basic....]

I have a similar problem. I can see Windows 7 systems on the NETWORK display but not other systems such as the servers. I can ping and connect the servers and install software and printers from the server just cannot see them on the NETWORK display. I have tried what you recommend and rebooted the Windows 7 WS but it still will not display the computers on our domain network.
