Is there any legit free tool that will let you change the images in the properties of my computer?

(I found one that let me do the below but it came from an unreliable source)

for also your system info to change use jellybean (many others also) to change registered info

So sorry, I was not even thinking of legit, I was referring to the annoying security that always asks for permission every time you try to make changes. That feature is what most want to change.
