windows 7 crashes a lot

ever since this Monday my windows 7 home premium 32 bit keeps crashing at uneven intervals and i am not able to figure out why, it just crashes and nothing it does not even restart but the power light on the front is still on and nothing else. no BSOD, i even tried reinstalling but it doesn't help.

i don't have any cd program installed and it crashes while doing anything and this problem is getting worse and also sucking my PC as my PC is becoming slow and the programs don't run fluently.

Please first post here all your specs,Desktop,Laptop,Model,PSU,CPU,RAM,Motherborad etc.

Check in bios system and cpu temperatures and write them here.
