Hey guys. I just built this computer over the weekend and yesterday it started crashing on me. Everything is new except for a sound card but I took it out for now. I don't get a BSOD but it just restarts. My temperatures are fine and I haven't even overclocked anything yet. It crashes when I do a windows experience refresh, and a couple of seconds after I start a game such as Starcraft 2. I included the system health report in the zip along with the dump and system file collection app stuff. Thanks a lot for your help.

Does your computer randomly restart when it is just idling or you are just browsing the internet? Sadly I am not able to help but I am having the same issues and I have a very similar setup. Is your RAM the same? Because I think one of my sticks is bad and now I am wondering if both are bad.

The main things ive seen people report as the cause are, bad ram, bad PSU, bad mobo.

it restarts when I start a video game and when i rate my windows experience. It has also restarted once when i was watching a video on youtube. I just ran memtest and it was running fine until the screen filled up with these symbols and then after a while the screen went blue and white.

The drivers for this device are not installed.

Do you have a Atheros Bluetooth USB device?

Drivers for Atheros AR3011 and Windows 7

Download the driver from there and install it.

If you are having the same issue I was then its is your RAM being over voltaged
Go into BIOS
Advanced Bios
AI Tweak
scroll down to DRAM Voltage
Check if it is running at 1.5V or 1.65V
if its at 1.65V drop it down to 1.5V, assuming you are using the same Ram I posted.
That ram is designed for 1.5V and the Sandy Bridge chip is built for 1.5V Ram.

After doing that, it fixed all my issues with random restarts. Hope that helps.
