Windows 7 Desktop Refresh

Hi all, I am sure that i am not alone with this issue, but i am having problems with deleted folders or Files Or Even Create it on the desktop done not go until i do a manual F5 refresh ! What is The Problem ?

This is what I found. If nothing better comes along, I suggest that you do not try to correct a small inconvenience with a potentailly big problem. But,I leave the information to your discretion
