Solved Windows 7 displaying strangely after system froze

Good day all,

I tried installing VB 5 and the system froze so I reset it. After the reset, Win 7 displayed some weird issues.

I did a full virus scan and nothing came up. I am posting the pictures of the strange behaviour.

The 1st pic is Taskbar, then MS Config then Teamviewer.

I hope someone will have an answer for me.
