After a certain reasearch on that topic and trying different troubleshooters i think my PC is not detecting my adapter. So please giv me solution on this . In my device manager in 'other devices ' section 'ethernet controller ' has yellow exclaimatory on right side . What is that?? My pc is not getting drivers for internet. Please help me out .

Go to the Support Downloads webpage for your PC or Ethernet/Wireless device's make/model to download the Windows 7 (or Vista if that's all they have) LAN/WAN drivers, install all until you get a connection icon in System Tray. Be sure to plug in by wire if using Ethernet driver.

If you can't do this then you shouldn't have reinstalled. You've probably badly blundered on other important steps so I'd start over at the top of Clean Reinstall Windows 7.

Please tell me how to know make model of ethernet.

Thanks for the help dude. But sorry bcoz i am not a professional like you. So please tell me how to know that make model or anything else. Thanks for your kindness .

It explains how to determine this in Clean Reinstall Windows 7.

Pay attention to the steps printed in red so you can't miss them. These will explain how to find the driver, or even trace the hardware if it's not known to you using Hardware Identification .

On a Custom build you should know your network adapter's name if not model. These may be listed as Network Controller in the Device Manager with an error symbol next to one or both. If it doesn't reveal the make/model and you don't know it then trace it using the Hardware Identification tutorial above.

Thanks alot

You're welcome. :geek: How is your new install's performance now?

Now be sure to stick with the tools and methods in Clean Reinstall Windows 7
and you will keep a perfect install, better than any of your friends and pretty much better than most people in the world have.
