Windows 7 does not save minidumps of my BSOD's (added logs)

Hi. I would love to know why my laptop even though I have it set up as to save small 256k minidumps files. I only have old ones from 2013/2014. I used whocrashed but also encounter the same problem there.

I read another thread of someone who had the same problem and I saved a log of my admin events in a zip file.

I use windows 7. chrome. There are s many errors looking at it. I just changed from avira antivirus to avast free .So far no bsod's. Wondering if perhaps it is time to get a new laptop.
Thanks in advance

I believe you must have a pagefile on , minimum size of 200 MB to get dump files.

a new MSE
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/confirmation.aspx?id=5201
Uninstall Avast
Avast Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for Avast Removal
and Avira
Avira AntiVir Removal Tool - Download

REBOOT into safe mode
run the Avast/Avira uninstallers
(MSE/Avast/Avira are having problems)

REBOOT

Now re-install MSE
please use MSE whilst this thread is running.
From the earlier thread run
sfc /scannow
and
chkdsk

Your Bios is out of date and i suspect your IRST's as well
please update from here

i. I am already encountering problems. When I click on the link about MSE not properly gone from my pc because it is indeed not showing in the programs uninstall I do get info about fixit but there is no download. I searched and then it brought me to How to manually uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials and then I click on the fixit link it brings me to the link you gave.

There were no problems when scanning but I did encounter a bsod and it is about avira or avast. Off to install the avast tool and avira and then reboot in safe mode to run.

Then I am not sure if I am pc knowledgeable enough to update the bios. That being said everything I know about computers did i learn by reading and doing.
Thanks. off to reboot

I am still there but not sure what to do. I did not manage to correctly removing mse. I did uninstall and then download the latest you pointed to.
Right now I only have malwarebytes and the the newly reinstalled MSE and I am running a new sFC SCAN but it had no problems when i did it last week.

The avira removal tool was just a pdf file so I searched on google and found it and removed avira. The other link was working which was the avast removal.

Tonight I will let the pc do a chkdsk scan.

Then next step then is the updating of the bios?
