Windows 7 doesn´t boot up

After installing Windows 7 it worked perfectly for a couple of days. I installed all available upgrades and it still worked perfectly. Then, after a normal shut down, it just didn´t boot up. After the "Press del to enter setup etc" -screen there was a black screen with command prompt cursor blinking in top left corner of the screen. I tried all the repair options from the windows 7-disc, but it didn´t help. So I decided to reinstall Windows. After reinstalling it worked couple of days again. And this morning it didn´t boot up again. So I have no idea what to do. I'm not going to reinstall the windows again, only to face the same problem again.

So please help me!

Strange...
I never heard of that, but I found a possible answer over at Microsoft:

  1. FIRST - While your stuck at the initialization screen, press the power button to make sure your PC is powered off.
  2. Now unplug the PC. If you have a laptop, you must also remove the battery.
  3. Then press the power button for 20 seconds to discharge the capacitors.
  4. Plug the PC back in. If you have a laptop, put the battery back in.
  5. Power on the PC
Make sure you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard!

Tried that, but it didn´t help.
I'll try to find newer motherboard drivers, but means I have to install Windows again.

Ok thanks, can you try something for me?
Install Win7, but hold off on the Updates and see if it stabilizes.
Some updates have been known to cause problems.
