Windows 7 Doesn't Connect?

A while ago all of my services were set off. I manually restored each and every proper one. But still, whenever I turn on my laptop from hibernation and shut down, my internet anttanae does not automaticlly connect to the internet.

You may have to turn on the network discovery option. Enable or disable network discovery. I hope that this is what you are asking about.
