Windows 7 Download?

So, I purchased a download-able version of Windows 7 Ultimate through Journeyed.com
They offer student discounts and whatnot, but when I downloaded it, it went through the download and "unpacking" phases, but when I clicked to install it, it wouldn't work.
I checked the folder, and all it has is:
en_windows_7_ultimate_win64_x15-80008.img
X15-80008.img.md5

I am updating from Vista Ultimate x64, which came with my laptop when I purchased it.
As you can tell, I was downloading the 64 bit version.

I am lost, and I do not know what to do.
Should I try renaming the files?
I know with an ISO you have to burn the file to a disc before being able to install it, but I have never encountered a MD5 file before.

Thank you for your help!

MD5 is just a different type of image. It can be opened with alcohol 120%, and can also be burned to dvd from within 120%.

About journeyed.com, I am unsure.

I'm not sure what you mean about the first part, alcohol 120% and about burning a disc from within 120%

I was given a flyer at my school's bookstore, and I had to go through a verification process to prove I was a student, so I'm sure it's legit.
But this has been a pain.
