Hi Tweaker

Please can you confirm whether Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display is set at 100%? Also ensure that "Set Custom Text Size (DPI)" is set to 100% on the left hand side as well

Under Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization; ensure your theme is set to Windows 7 and not Windows Classic or Basic.
