My friend has a Dell Inspiron M5030 that he of course neglected to get any sort of anti-virus protection or anything on, and wouldn't you know it, he got a ton of viruses. He said that he had somebody "fix" his computer previously. Whoever it was seems to have deleted the partition where the windows setup was or something, because I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I have a universal install disc of my own for Win 7, but it doesn't include Windows 7 Enterprise x64, which of course is the version his computer uses. I have no .wim file for Enterprise nor do I have any access to it. Is there a way to find said file or can I somehow alter my .iso to allow installation of Enterprise? I have no clue what to do in this situation for him.

Have you friend contact Dell for assistance. Windows 7 Enterprise isn't sold in the retail market, and unlike the other editions, you can only download a trial, which can't be activated with a key, AFAIK.

And as far as making a universal disc goes, I would need to use the .wim from the disc they send him in order to add it to my .iso, correct? I'm just going to set him up with a trial version of Win 7 Pro for now, until they send him a disc for Enterprise.

There's no such thing as a trial version of Windows, except for Enterprise which is for IT professionals to evaluate.

I'm referring to when you install it without a product key, and they have 30 days to submit one. Either way, thanks for the help.
